The course exceeded my expectations. Paul is an excellent facilitator. He created a safe space for the group to have open and honest conversations. There was a good mix of listening and active participation.

Great course - definitely recommend Gill. I thought excel online would be difficult course to deliver but good balance of teaching/time to practice and give participants opportunity to chip in/ask questions. Regularly checked on pace for everyone individually as well which I thought was great.
