Really helpful session full of lots of helpful practical tools.
Good course, well run and thoroughly enjoyable. For me the course didnt take me to new concepts, but did effectively go back through things that I had an awareness of. I suspect that is very helpful but doesnt have the same Wow Factor.
Day two was particularly useful for me. The models for structuring interactions with colleagues gave me practical suggestions for improving my approach. It was interesting for me to see that others feel the same in relation to conflict resolution (the emotional effects of it) and helped me to see it not as a weakness but more a reassurance that this means that I actively question the effect my interactions have on others.
Another good session today which was fun, interactive and thought provoking. I loved the Lego exercise.
I really liked Rachael's style of facilitating and the topics that she covered are very useful for our work. However, it was a pity that we had to cover the second part (Planning to Support Capacity Building) so fast and couldn't discuss more.
Paul knew his subject well and was very pleasant and informative
It was good to speak with people and get a feel of everyone's thoughts, and people feeling similar and that I am not alone
