Overall Janet was an excellent tutor that encouraged interaction through out the day. Janet enabled a two way discussion/conversation that allowed the course participants to learn from each others knowledge and experience resulting in an improvement of our understanding of how budget monitoring is carried out in the organisation.

I found this course really helpful and I learned a lot of things I didn't know previously. The length was about right for me, I was just reaching the point where I was struggling to retain the information. I look forward to putting what I have been shown into practice.

There was a lot of different functions that I didn't know where possible in Outlook, some I found really interesting and will definitely try in my day to day work day

Paul is a great facilitator - makes sure everyone is included. He is curious to seek, understand and listen.
