The cohort and the facilitator are fantastic, they give me the opportunity to consider different perspectives.
Very nicely facilitated, good content and not too long. Good to be able to learn from others.
I thought it was really engaging - the facilitator was great. Very knowledgable, paced very well and calming. Used good stories and examples to paint a picture. The group got a lot out of it and enjoyed their time. Very effective models - practical and can be easily implemented to give feedback and for situational decision-making. Facilitator gently included everyone. A great course to support new and seasoned managers.
Nicky is an excellent leader of the group. Involving all, very engaging and clearly knowledgeable, and confident.
This session I nearly did not attend due to organisational pressures - perhaps thought should be given to move it a week or two forward and have a bigger gap before final session as suspects some could not come due to winter pressures
loved having the day in person - really good group of people and energising
Being online while the rest are in person does change the dynamic and makes it harder to be as involved however both Isobel and Brendan did well to make it work for us (I couldn't be there in person today).
I enjoyed the interactive elements to this course, Sal asked people to share their screens and have a go at the tasks - very enjoyable!!
