Enjoyed today, although it was a heavy session. Hard to switch off completely to the distraction of work which may have impacted my own learning. I am learning a lot about myself, my own boundaries and planning

i enjoyed the content of the session, lots of reading and practice to do before the next session i liked the structure of the models and methods and will be taking back the feedback model in particular and emphasising the 'impact' aspect
