this has been a really positive experience and i really think i have learned something about myself, my leadership style positives and negatives to improve. far more than just a theory of leadership

As per my questionnaire and previous days experience, I mostly enjoyed interference with other people in similar roles but different organisations/professions. Very good structure of the day today. Excellent pace.
