Good pace, interactive, kept us engaged.

I really enjoyed the training. The facilitator, Ebe, was brilliant - her learning style really helps with knowledge retention. She created a relaxed and inclusive virtual learning space while striking the right balance to ensure all participants remained engaged throughout. Everyone was actively involved.

I found the course really useful and practical and will definitely use things I have learned with my teams. The hourly breaks were also great, as it meant that the whole day wasn't draining.

The course material covered a lot in a good, well structured manner, although I did feel like the 3x 90mins took full concentration and I was drained by the end of the course. I'm not sure how this could be changed though as I learnt a lot and the structure was great. Possibly 5 min break to be taken in each of the 90mins

Jo was great, very personable. We were able to build trust as a group and felt like a safe space to do so.

Really great session, the facilitator was great at engaging everyone and found the session very valuable. It has helped me build on my knowledge of Excel and can translate it into my everyday work.
