I've been attending courses from Happy since 2018 and have always had extremely good experience. The interactive tasks are not repetitive and fun to do. There's a lot of practical knowledge given during the course which I really appreciate. Lastly, I feel that a lot of courses like that tend to be repetitive and repeating knowledge I could just Google, but that has never been my experience with Happy.
It was a wonderful training, Sal was very informative and friendly making it a lovely learning environment for the group. The Happy office space was also very welcoming making it a great for during break times. The Ice-cream freezer was an added bonus of joy!
It was very well structured and organised. The facilitator (Sal) was amazing and very helpful. She explained things very clearly.
Overall great course, very well delivered.
