Overall, it was a helpful session. The interaction with others was useful.

Really useful analogies and tools to make difficult conversations flow and have focus. Will be mindful in future that listening is as helpful as trying to offer solutions and avoid knee-jerk reaction of trying to fix a problem for someone who may just need to explore and find solution themselves.

Overall the course was good and well presented

It is a very useful course and have to keep remembering to use the skills learnt Ideally I think this would work better face to face and wonder if that is a possibility at any stage in the training?

Really good pace, I struggle usually with training pace but this was perfect.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course with Paul. He was very engaging and involved everyone in discussions. The content was interesting, relevant and insightful. I'm really looking forward to starting to use some of the techniques learned during the course to improve how we operate and communicate as a team.

This course has helped me to understand what my manager style is and how I can use that to be effective and be a better manager as well. I really enjoyed the coaching part of the day and would like to find out more about this now and see how i can use it in my role as a manager.
