Amazing training, second time in a course with Ebeji who is fantastic.
As usual, really well facilitated. Good pace. Can be tricky to 'package' these things to meet everyone's unique set of circumstances but I think it's fine to pick and choose 'nuggets' that I can take forward and use to benefit my role as a leader.
Overall this is an informative and useful course. Arguably, a key benefit is simply working together as a group outside the office environment. Not always easy to put into practice what was learnt but can certainly use as occasional reminders and tips to refer to.
Adele was a great instructor. Very helpful and took the time to ensure we were all keeping up.
The stars I've taken off are a result of my line manager sending me here when I didn't really need the full course. Still got some really useful stuff, which was all I expected. Instructor was good, just needed to rush a bit at the end, which lost me.
The course was very well structured and easy to follow, the trainer was also engaging which made the session much more interesting.
It was a great course, the facilitator was informative and very patient.

The content of the course was very knowledgeable. Some parts of the course I had already used, some were completely new to me. It was interactive which kept everyone actively engaged. By late afternoon I started to slow down and lose my way a bit - but I still managed to keep up. Overall, the course was great and learnt a lot - I will definitely be using some of the features and function in my daily role. Looking forward to the next one.
