Fantastic course, extremely useful and helpful. The facilitator, Pat, was warm, friendly and approachable with great knowledge. Pat took the time to take on board our questions, he was flexible and adapted the content to suit our questions and needs when necessary. I've truly learnt so much from today!

I did do the training before and did this one as a refresher so was very helpful as I still hadn't saved any documents to sharepoint before now. Having a small group was great too.

I like how skills are coupled with theory throughout the course, with firm examples given to back it up.
