Paul is very engaging and thought provoking

Thank you so much to Rachael, i have absolutely loved this programme and she made it so enjoyable and a safe space.

I think for us maybe would be good to split courses over two half days

Exceeded my expectations, really useful information, and guidance on how to get the best out of excel. Pace was excellent, and Gill was great at taking us through the day.

Some of the applications will not necessarily be relevant for me but you never know! The pace was brisk which was good but it can be easy to fall behind/get lost

I didn't know what to expect but it was very useful and informative. It has begun to shape the way I think about mental health but also practically the best/ most useful way to support others.

Really enjoyed how interactive the course was, and the reading material is really helpful!
