I never thought i will enjoy the whole management AND leadership training course , however the way this programme is set is very helpful and on pace to learn in bits. allows time to practice learning and reflect

Gill was brilliant, so engaging, took her time and made sure she answered everyone's questions. Really good course and trainer. She made you feel very relaxed and not stupid.

I thought the trainer covered all aspect on this course for beginners. There was information which the trainer covered which i had fogotten how to use but with the refresher it brought it all back

Nicky's style of facilitating, along with her material and actvities were very engaging and helpful for me. I am only two days into my new role with RCR, and this course helped me to think more about what I will bring to the role, and what we do as a team. It also enabled me to meet others in the organisation for the first time.

Nicky was a brilliant facilitator and made the training really enjoyable. She used a range of different online collaborative tools which encouraged everyone in the training to get involved in a way that felt comfortable for them. Whilst there weren't any formal learning objectives presented (I am sure there were in the back end!) I felt really confident that all my personal needs were addressed through really innovative learning styles. The day was very interactive with adequate coffee/lunch/stretch breaks and didn't feel too long which is very impressive considering it was an all day online meeting. Really enjoyable day, huge thanks to Nicky- she was amazing

The two day training was really good, I learnt a lot of formulas and short cuts which I can use in my work. Ed was an amazing and very useful

I have attended quite a few courses with Happy and I think Edmund is one of the best facilitators. The way Ed explains formulas is very clear and constructive and leaves you with no additional questions.
