This was a particularly eye opening session about trust in the workplace, but also how standard recruitment fails at getting the right people for the job. This has been incredibly useful.
Everything was presented very clearly and has stuck in my mind. I feel more confident using Excel.
I really enjoyed today! It felt the balance between interactive disscussions/ team exercises was better. I liked that the the numbers per group were kept smaller I felt I learned loads.
Again, a really insightful session. It made me think a lot about my behaviours and how i migt need to adapt them in different circumstances.
I really enjoyed the training. it was a bit overwhelming at times, but I'm glad I attended the course as I know it will definitely help me in my job role.
