Was a bit apprehensive before the course started, but found it to be very relaxed and inclusive

I really enjoyed the sessions today. Going into different breakout rooms to meet new people and listen to their similar experiences. There was a good balance between group and breakout sessions. I am looking forward to the rest of the course

I found the training extremely well organised, the content was great and very useful. The pace was good and kept me engaged throughout.

Good course content, a lot of information to get through and digest further another time, but nothing felt rushed. Breakout times always felt about ten seconds short, which is probably a good thing - no awkward waiting around.

Packed course, need to reflect and apply

I have had the best day. The structures will be so useful and I can envisage using them across teams. Venue great, only a few mins from New St Station. Food and drink great. Lyse was wonderful, so informative and enthusiastic. My only concern is that it is far too much to fit in in one day. Could be spread over two which would allow more in depth cover of the structures and maybe use of a couple more . Networking opp was brilliant ! Thanks

An excel training course has the potential to be dry. Gill made the training interesting and highly personalised. Her delivery style was engaging and the activities throughout meant we applied our learning.

I loved the pace of the day, it was jam packed, engaging and interactive. I was constantly thinking, and seeing direct examples/opportunities that liberating structures can be useful and beneficial in everyday practice. Lyse did an amazing job of facilitating for a very extroverted audience, it was pitched at the right level. Thank you to Sue also.
