Sal was so lovely to work with and very patient and kind. She did not make me feel anxious and went at my own pace. I really appreciated having her as my trainer.

I did find it a little slow at times but the information given was very useful and I learned a lot.

The course was informative and covered the basics of what you can do with channels, activity feed, chats. Daphne involved everyone in the session, but I wasn't aware that Gill was a facilitator. There were 2 of Daphne's colleagues who we were told were observers, so as far as I was aware, the course was delivered by Daphne. The course structure and pace went really well at the beginning, but I felt that as it neared the end, it got slightly less structured. Overall, as this is a pilot I think that after a few tweaks it will be a great course.
