nice to learn with other people

A wonderful host, (E.B) who guided us through, making us feel comfortable no matter our ability.

It was a bit stressful as I'm an introvert, being under the spot was hard., but it was fun in the end, thank you

Gill was so knowledgeable and approachable it encouraged full participation

Ester was brilliant - i only scored 3 for meeting my objectives because Ester did such a great job of including some of my colleagues who were less experienced in presenting to make sure they understood, that some of it was things i was confident in already. so not a criticism as it was important that they were supported to understand.

Due to the quite different knowledge levels, it ended up having to cover quite basic functionalities therefore I didn't really get anything from the training. I wonder if perhaps it might be worth having a level 1 and level 2 option - so level 1 is basics of setting up a teams, sharing screen, muting etc. Then level 2 is more about using the different apps and functionalities. It was well done, just because we needed to keep it quite low level, I unfortunately didn't come away with anything new. Not Esther's fault at all and she taught the others very well.

Nicky is a fantastic facilitator. The course material was interesting and relevant to my role.

Brilliant course, lots of great detail to enhance the management journey

Christine was patient with me when I got lost a couple of times and with her help managed to get back on track. Pace was good though and covered quite a few sections. Was able to distinguish between browser and OneDrive as often got muddled as to which section I was in. Feel more confident and knowledgeable and will put what I've learnt into operation.

Well put together training, taking us through active examples with participation encouraged.
