Brilliants facilitation. Challenging content at times, with regard to deeper self reflection but I welcomed this as I am a reflective person - I felt I learnt new things about my colleagues also which was nice.

The pacing was good, but it was such a useful course I really would have loved it over two days as there were so many interesting discussions and ideas being shared. I did not really have any personal objectives going into the training, but I do think I have gotten a lot out of it.

Great bite sized chunks of information. Facilitator had a calm voice which was very welcome.

Great intro course, definitely gets you thinking about what you need to do. Knowledgeable trainer who interacts with the group well.

I understand a lot of things:_ The session 1_6 like communication, feeling like imposter, we discussed on motto, our current leve and wish. I understand about competence-result, character and I understand on the behaviour working with trust and not trusted people.

Enjoyable window into a programme that would be a huge expense to an organisation, if it didn't achieve the goals or outcomes stated. It is good to be able to see what might be involved and the ethos.

Gill was an excellent trainer. There was only the two of us and she worked at my pace and answered all my questions and queries. The course has given me the confidence to examine how best to use sharepoint in our team/region.

Loved my time at Happy, the staff are friendly and welcoming! Sal was such a great instructor in teaching us how to effectively manage work emails.

It's a good structure, easy to follow and easy to understand.
