Sal (Trainer) was excellent, she involved everyone in during the training and ensure that we are understand and learn during the session.

I think Natalie handled the various personalities in the room well, and demonstrated assertive behaviour throughout the course. The content was great and I have more tools to help me be assertive in my personal and professional life
