I found this course useful, it served as a refresh training and also added in new information that I was unaware of for example quick steps. It also helped with learning how to do steps/tasks on the chrome version of outlook.

Sarah facilitated the sessions at a good pace and afforded everyone an opportunity to be involved. The breakout rooms were a useful way to get to know some of the group. I feel confident Sarah will deliver the material we need and that she is approachable if we are experiencing issues.

Great Course - I didn't receieve a course outline beforehand and If I had I may have booked onto the harder level. I mainly use formulas in excel to sorting data was less relevant
