I absolutely loved Marwa's style it was totally congruous with the topic. I found the ideas really interesting and we were given plenty of opportunity to reflect and share.

It was really helpful as the session filled in gaps of functions I did not know about. The pace was perfect and easy to follow.

I really enjoyed this course, Selina explained everything in a very manageable way, particularly for someone with little project management experience. I really liked how the break-out rooms had specific tasks and were a concise length, a downfall of many courses is spending too long in breakout rooms I find! It would have been nice to have a copy of the slides in advance, so as to make notes along the way, but perhaps once I see the follow-on info that is being sent there will be no need. Many thanks again.

The day was fantastic and Jo was a brilliant facilitator. She enable valuable group discussions to flow and saw the need of importance to enable these conversations. Jo was brilliant and created an emotionally safe space and supported difficult conversations that were mediated in a great way. It was incredibly insightful in particular the MBTI styles and how they were explained along wth emotional intelligence as well as the role of a Multiplier. I'm really looking forward to the remainder of the course to see our progress as a team.
