Great place to be, made me feel welcomed and relaxed. The course itself was a waste of time for me as a beginner due the extreme peace during the course supposed to finish at 4.45Pm that instead was terminated at 3.00Pm due the facilitators cub booked at 3.30pm.

I had a great time at Happy! Our instructor was patient and guided the lesson really well.

Gill was very friendly and helpful. Always ready to help you understand and always had time to review what was not fully understood so you didnt feel as if you were bothering her or out of time. trained at a pace you can learn and fully understand what's been taught.

Enjoyed today.

Gill was fantastic! I am so happy that I took this training course, it will really help me to save hours of time manually inputting information. I knew there was a way to input data from different sheets and workbooks. A colleague had shown me vlookup previously but i had no idea of what the terms meant so when I came to do this for myself it just won't work. Gill and I talked through what I wanted to do in real life and managed to find the right formula for what i want excel to do, which is Xlookup. I'm really grateful to Gill for spending the time to show me a way to save hours in the future.

Gill is an outstanding trainer-she is incredibly personable, knowledgeable and flexible-she is able to differentiate and answer questions on the spot, but she can also simplify and go over things with patience. Resources are great. I attended Gill's first excel course (intro to Excel) and that was also brilliant

I always enjoy these sessions, as they are very engaging and informative and the trainer Gill is very friendly and patient, helping and explaining things clearly when needed. I would recommend as a great CPD session to add.
