I've been using MS teams regularly since the pandemic - but have never received training. This meant taking ages to find files and not knowing all the capabilities of the programme. I feel I'll be more productive now.

Great learning exercise and will improve how I approach systems / technology.

The trainer (Gill) was a star - so enthusiastic, engaging, and encouraging. She kept the course matter interesting and at a steady pace.

The training session was great, a lot was covered and even though I knew some basics about Shared Point and One Drive, there has been a lot more I have picked up on and learnt during the training.

Rachael was very knowledgeable about her subject and kept up the energy levels even when we were flagging.

Really useful for finding out ways of getting better use of software I'm using and an intro to software I don't use.

Very helpful to get insights from everyone and I enjoyed the breakout rooms to discuss the questions
