Great facilitation and lots of energy through the session. My personal energy dropped through the afternoon and I think I could feel my concentration drifting. That’s a me problem though!
I really enjoyed learning more about project management, but as a person who delivers quite a lot of reactive BAU work I'd like to understand how my organisation sees this happening in my role. However a lot of the processes suggested and used are great for delivering the day-to-day tasks too!
The trainer structured the training very well and I learnt a few tips from her and from the other participants. However, I was expecting to learn more. On the other hand, perhaps there's only so much you can do with MS Teams because it isn't a great tool at all like we all agreed during the training.
Sal was engaging and explained things clearly, she adapted the session for specific needs and ensured we were able to be practical and involved even if it wasn't always easy to share screens

I enjoyed the content of the training, and the interactive elements of the course. The trainer was very friendly, and considerate.
Was great and Rachael was lovely. i think for my job role it wasn't what i expected as i tend not to go too deep into minute taking, i just sit and listen and type as usually theyre not anything to do with me, but i have learnt some things to take forward.
Course was good, very engaging and nice to hear different examples from both Rachel and others on how different meetings require different styles of formating for minutes.
E.B. was great and it actually all made sense, now just have to practice
