Lovely Venue, with a good cafe. A great learning environment and we were allowed to follow at our own pace and not feel left behind. Good use of supplementary materials and it's nice to have the helpline available to us after the course if we think there's something that needs to be refreshed.

Really enjoyable course, the trainer was so helpful and continued to ask us questions to keep us engaged. Hospitality was also excellent!

Very relaxed and easy to follow

Really useful, bite-size course today – I enjoyed that it was 1.5hrs as I think it's a really good starting point for me personally and just enough information to retain and practice in my own time.
