Dalphne was absoulutly amazing! She taught me so much, though such a simple way of explaining and had alot of patience with the whole team! Big thank you to her and looking forward to seeing her again for level 2 training :)

The day went quick because the facilitator was very engaging with all of us. He taught us in a very understanding way and was very informative and made us do tasks.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course with Paul. He was very engaging and involved everyone in discussions. The content was interesting, relevant and insightful. I'm really looking forward to starting to use some of the techniques learned during the course to improve how we operate and communicate as a team.

This course has helped me to understand what my manager style is and how I can use that to be effective and be a better manager as well. I really enjoyed the coaching part of the day and would like to find out more about this now and see how i can use it in my role as a manager.
