Really enjoyed the course, Paul has been great - very inclusive, friendly and explained things clearly. I've learnt that I already have some good techniques and I've sometimes just got to take a step back to reflect and plan.

Lovely and patient instructor. She was so detailed on information . She was informative and comprehensive enough for all to understand and would take time to bring each person on the screen to deal with any issues we did not understand. Very interactive and friendly.
