It was an interesting session and definitely some things to take away and implement.

Selina was an excellent tutor. Her manner was really encouraging and inclusive. We covered a lot of ground over the course of the day, but i stayed engaged throughout as the content was so useful and delivered so professionally.

Today, I gained valuable insights that enhanced my skills in taking accurate meeting minutes and improved my listening abilities. I developed better organisational and communication skills. The tasks today also increased my confidence and sense of accountability while demonstrating professionalism and reducing errors when writing minutes.
