I have found this course so helpful and useful as a new manager. It has helped me think about behaviours and how these can be used as a manager.

Another great session. I find Paul's personal anecdotes helpful to put the theory into context and interesting to hear everyone's points of view. I value the time to discuss each topic.

really pleased with the three sessions being merged into one day, with suitable breaks I felt able to immerse myself in the learning. The practical and quiz-style recaps were great for consolidating my knowledge.

I really enjoyed today, it has taught me a lot in order for me to complete excel tasks at work. I know now some quicker ways to complete work on excel.
