A really great course and great leader - Paul is attentive and measured in his approach. He is inclusive and approachable and everyone felt at ease to share and be reflective. The mindfulness exercise proves how holistic a space the workshop could be!

A really useful and practical bite size session that made sense to me as a non- tech smart participant, trainer clearly very knowledgeable and made the training, interesting, relevant and non-jargonistic
I was not at all familiar with whiteboard at the start of the session, the trainer made it fun and interactive and as I learn by doing, I got a lot out of the session.
It is an odd session in terms of what needs to be included, but as I don't know what I don't know, I can honestly say that I took a lot away from this sessoin.
This one was slighly frustrating because to demonstrate some of the features, the trainer needed us to be in the meeting rooms, rather than in the "training meeting itself", so I will need to go away and do some live practice for this one based on my notes, before I can be confident that I have understood what I was being taught and can do it in the real world.
Trainer was very knowledgeable and it came across strongly that they cared that it was a positive learning experience for course participants.
