Really great starting session, enthusiastic to try some of the new techniques learned.

I felt it was the right pace, it wasn't too heavy and kept me captured throughout.

The course was excellent and very engaging. There were a couple of small technical glitches, however, this did not affect my participation in the day. I have gained new insights into my own leadership and communication style, as well as how to recognise different styles and to adapt my communication to work better with others.
