Great training and Kev made the session really fun!

Was a jam packed session. Informative session from Femi, that helped me to better understand the benefits of D&I, and how to approach it more strategically. Enjoyed the discussions around innovations, and especially the use of the culture canvas tailored towards innovation to break down and critically evaluate how we can increase innovation in the work place. I'm looking forward to presenting my allocated modules at the final session in October. As someone who hates to fail publicly, and someone who has quietly failed to complete my assignments, I think having summaries of this kind throughout the course would be helpful... say 30 mins at the start of the next module, for each participant to revisit and present a concept that was covered in the previous session.

As it was just a taster session it felt a little bit rushed at times and that the facilitator had more that she wanted to share but we didn't have time. but overall it was a great session and I enjoyed it and felt like i learnt quite a bit

It was very pacey but the trainer was patient and really helpful

Learning a lot of useful techniques for both my work life and even personal life that I think will allow me to have much more productive conversations

as a novice on Project management i found this course and the trainer really clear and speak clearly and in a way i understood.

Jo was an excellent facilitator who brought people together wonderfully, I had not met any of my colleagues involved but Jo created a comfortable atmosphere for us to share openly and honestly, thanks Jo!

The session was very interactive. Ed was patient and understood what the group needed more and focussed on those sections.

Ed was great at taking it at the right pace, had time for all our questions and was happy to show us some additional workarounds to support our Excel usage for the specific work we do. Super helpful, very personable and made some difficult concepts feel really digestible.
