Very good and engaging tutor. Personally I would have preferred more time and repeating of the formulas as these were quite intricate but this may have been fine for others

Sal is a great trainer, she really involved everyone in the session and took the time to make sure every person understood the steps before moving on :)

All in all, very good. I am confident in my leadership skills, however this course is laying out the separate aspects into areas to focus on and combine them wholly to become an effective leader. I have not thought about these different aspects on a singular level, example, how to create environments which employees feel valued in and then utilising their full potential.

Really great instructor, going at a good pace and making sure everyone understood before moving on. Was super clear with his teaching - really friendly and felt comfortable to say if I didn't understand. Learnt things that I can take away and use day to day now. Making my work quicker and more efficient. SO happy I took part in this course.
