Sal was friendly and patient and made sure no one was left behind, and used it as an opportunity to go over/ summarise what was done. It was very clear and easy to follow. The interaction was really helpful and allowed for everyone to have a good go with her walking you through it.

Today's topic was interesting - the space was alright but at the start I was a little bit lost and I am not sure why.

I would've preferred an outline of the course before it started and more breaks

Sometimes felt rushed - could do with more time on for example Change. We learn a lot from each other The breakout rooms where there are just 2 people are not productive. I would suggests a minimum of 4 people to get some healthy debate / ideas As mentioned previously an outline agenda with approx timings should be shared at the start of the session so we can all see what the plan for the day is.
