Not the session I was expecting, but a great overview of the basics of IT and managing Microsoft Office. Great trainer.

The course was well done lots of information

The course was really interesting and I learnt loads. It was a little too fast paced at times, due to using a small screen and not being able to see clearly. I understand there was a lot to fit in however and it was great that you would go back and go over something.
