We are already implementing most if not all of the stuff in the training. But it was informative to have a deeper insight into the whole time management. With ideas and examples of how this can be implemented into our working life

The session was really well structured, I was able to take something away from each section. The session was engaging and I felt able to contribute and work with my colleagues.

I love coming to the Happy sessions - it's like a breath of fresh air (except for the lack of outside space, but that's being picky!)

The facilitator was ace: she created a relaxed and welcoming ambience, was patient with our questions and really made sure we understood and practiced each element of the course. Perfect pitch reflecting how to get across lots of information and details of the programme. I felt I really wanted to get to grips with the basic knowledge so I can be more efficient at work.

Daphne was a great tutor, very knowledgeable and patient. It was great to be able to practice our learning as we went through the training. Personally I found it very insightful, I learnt lots of new, efficient ways of opening and saving documents which will save lots of time going forward.

Fun and enjoyable, really glad I went. Reason for giving my "personal objectives being met" only 3 stars is because I would have liked more time spent on grammar and punctuation, rather than the other stuff about emails.

Very good course

I am really sorry I did not catch the name of our trainer today but I'd like to give a massive thank you to her. She did an incredible job at keeping us all involved and explained everything extremely clearly that I have now left this course feeling confident in excel.

I found the training very interactive and engaging. Ebeji was extremely helpful, guiding all attendees through each stage with clear instructions and step-by-step support. Ebeji went the extra mile to assist trainees who needed additional help, even during the breaks. The Excel Level 2 training sheets and demonstrations were clear, easy to follow, and very effective. Overall, it was a highly productive and valuable training session.

Really enjoyed the course. Didn't feel it was too long due to regular breaks. The venue is amazing with great facilities and ice creams 😊 Helped me put my managerial role into perspective. Paul was great!
