Today has been truly excellent. I have enjoyed hearing the theory, listening to the views and experiences of my course fellows and have taken away at least three areas to explore. I am really looking forward to the next session and meeting up with my buddy group.

Extremely useful training that most people can benefit from as long as they are receptive. Sometimes the explanation of tasks could be clearer but I appreciate there were a lot of different structures covered in quite quick succession.
