It's a brilliantly designed course. The tools are simple and practical. The practices are spot-on and help us try out and learn about other students' feedback. Natalie is a great coach. She listens, she paraphrase, she understands. Time management is perfect. It's great to have a mixed audience - easier to work with non-colleagues, and listen to others' experiences in different organisations.

I enjoyed the training massively. The session has been interactive and constructive, I felt in a safe space, able to share my opinions and experiences without feeling any pressure or judgement. Huge thank you to Natalie and her calm and relaxed nature, she made me feel really engaged!

I appreciated it being a female group and having the baseline understanding of the impact of gender.

I've learnt a lot from todays course, and it was interesting to hear the similarities that the group had when addressing situations and the internal dialogue we all experience. This in it's self has helped to reassure and increase my confidence when being assertive going forward.

Brilliant workshop, really clear, focused and structured. Facilitator included all employees in and really listened and got a good understanding of us as people and our different challenges and obstacles. She involved everyone and was very calm and collected in her presentation.
