I felt that the course was really relevant to my work. It had a good balance of the theory with the practical applications. Esther was professional, friendly and included everyone. She facilitated lots of sharing and the breakout groups allowed time for discussions and gave people, a chance to test the coaching model. I have been in a management role for a long time but I feel it is really important that we continue to develop and improve our skills .
