Really enjoyed the course. Didn't feel it was too long due to regular breaks. The venue is amazing with great facilities and ice creams 😊 Helped me put my managerial role into perspective. Paul was great!

Great course, Paul was an excellent facilitator and we had some interesting and useful discussions. I have lots of takeaways from this course and it was great to be in a room with peers from the charity as we could focus on our similar issues.

This course made me realise how much of management is with relationships to others and not necessarily just the skills and knowledge of the work. What I’ve learn can also apply to my personal relationships.

Been to happy multiple times with various courses, probably about 4/5 times, I would continue to recommend

The instructor was very friendly and went at a good pace with lots of breaks and time for discussions.

Another fab session, I always feel like I learn so much without feeling overwhelmed and it is always informative and engaging.

Overall , i learnt a lot more about functions i was usuing already. IT really helped put some functions into perspective and how to apply them best. There are many ways to achieving a result, but what is the smoothest, most visually pleasing etc
