Well run, kept to time, liked being given a minute to write take aways, thoughtful and knowledgable instructor
Paul made the session feel very calm and non-judgemental. At the start of the day, I was concerned I wouldn't have much to contribute as the topic is new to me, but he made it feel fairly easy to feedback, made sure everyone was involved, and took on board everyone's answers without a feel of one being right/wrong. Perhaps there could have been a little more at the beginning around expectations for the day - I had only had the name of the course given to me, and thought it sounded interesting but didn't quite know how the day would look. Overall, fantastic with some key snippets of learning to take away, use in day to day work and life and to try and find the time to research further. Good mix of learning styles too - with videos, discussions, slides, questions etc. Thanks

Great course, very useful. Loved the tips - went at a pace and was very clear.
The facilitator was great - knowledgeable on the subject and involved everyone throughout the session (it was very participatory - so didn't feel boring). The first lesson of the three probably contained the most useful content (as it was more directly relevant to my day-to-day job). But I took away learning from each session that I can use in my personal life too, so I didn't feel that it was time wasted.
I shared a significant life-challenge I've been experiencing with both Deejay and Marilyn that I hadn't shared before. The issue has impacted on my progress in work and on the apprenticeship and so I decided to inform them both what was happening to explain my lack of progress. Angela and Deejay were both helpful and supportive. I felt as though I should have told them sooner. They both have given me some valuable and useful advice which I plan to take and put into action.
