Enjoyable course. Some parts I lost the thread and could have done with a re-run through. I found flipping between teams and the screes such as shasrepoint a litte time consuming. Daphne was very helpful though and was happy to go through things again. i was just conscious that I was holding up the course.

Darren was really good and enthusiastic. Our organisation is still fairly old in terms of IT but can see some opportunities to utilise this which is great.

its difficult to pin point training on something you need to be focusing on for your own work but Darren presented some great examples, was very patient and willing to re-explain parts of the course we didn't understand or fell behind in any steps
