Really thought provoking session. Wasn’t sure what to expect but really enjoyed session and Steve was great.

Sal conducted a great training session, involving everyone and really encouraged us to speak in the sessions which I felt created a sense of unity.

An interesting introduction I don’t really enjoy the pair and share activities. But still informative.

Difficult topic on which we could go on for hours probably. Information was very interesting and well-founded.

The course content is good and I enjoyed the course. However, there is not enough time to go through the course content. This is why I need to go through what I have learnt using the course material. When I did the level 1, we were given the opportunity to email our worksheet to ourselves before leaving the course with the level 2, the facilitator said it will be email to us, I hope so.

Good beginning course for leadership, need to build more if it need to cater for senior leaders. Half day network days were not particularly helpful. However the best thing is the access to fuse platform, it is an excellent resource to have for life long so that people can dip in and out as we would need this in future. Good coaching type of moderation and learnt a lot from Paul and how he involves everyone.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course. I thought because it was a short course I wouldn't come away with much but in fact I learnt some really useful stuff that I will remember and use on a daily basis. The course leader was so lovely, friendly and very clear to understand. Will be booking on more courses very soon! Thanks!

The course met my personal objectives very well and I felt it was well paced and the opportunity to practice in the group sessions helped a lot.
