My initial objective was to learn how to lead a team, but the training does not tell you how to lead a team but gives you the tools to adapt. which is good but takes time to adapt and practicalise
Ben is a fantastic teacher and it's very clear that he really enjoys and engages with the content. He's given me a lot to think about
Nicely paced and interactive - good response from the group and this was due to facilitator helping the participation
Really interesting discussions. I was looking for more templated approaches rather than open ended discussions around 'what is a report'
I liked the course and the facilitator was good. He made us all think and question our motives and actions. It helped to consider structure when there isn't specific guidance given. However, it felt like quite a long session; I feel like 2 hours would have been a better length of time.
It was a great course, personally I found it a little long with only the 10min break (but that's my way of learning, I like to think and reflect)
This course was an excellent pace and had enough involvement to keep me engaged
Thank you for the session today - despite being experienced in report writing this has been self-taught so good to take some time out to reflect on the whole process
I am fairly confident and experienced with report writing, but the session contained useful and practical tips and an overall structure to use when thinking about content and headings. Paul was a fantastic facilitator. I was expecting the session to be fairly dry, but there were minimal PowerPoint slides, and he knew exactly how to get us to engage and contribute without it feeling forced.
