Really enjoyable. Learning very practical and able to try out different ideas. Helpful to be able to reflect on own skills and how to use these to promote other people - active listening, coaching etc. Value of being prepared. resources easily accessible and engaging

Good pace and well explained. Patrick was open to all our questions and happy to investigate if further research was needed. We got a lot of bonus information, including an easier way to add screenshots to Word documents - very helpful! We had the chance to try things for ourselves so could ask for extra help before moving onto the next topic.
