Excellent training session! It was really well delivered, offered plenty of content and also time to practice using what we'd learnt. Perhaps at times I'd have liked longer to play around but that may not have suited everybody! Lots of really practical advice and skills learned.

Problems with the technology made it hard to concentrate but overall today was good. I particularly enjoyed the section about the 'Project Management Cycle'.

Excellent course as always - great to have it tailored around a set of sessions we are having to run - really great to have time as a team and realise what a fabulous team we are and that we can use these tools today in practice to get the best out of our sessions and ultimately all our amazing volunteers - thank you So much Paul

Always pleased to join a session with Paul who makes sure that it is tailored to what you need rather than running through a set of prepared slides. Excellent opportunity for our team to refresh our active listening skills, negotiating skills and to come up with a plan for our forthcoming work that we expect will be challenging. The course is fast-paced but the instructor takes the time to make sure everyone is on the same page

Great Course, great Facilitator, Great Venue. Lunch was superb.

It was really useful to learn frameworks for situations in which assertiveness is useful, because often they appear in interpersonal interactions so it's easy to freeze or go with the flow, and second-guess yourself afterwards.
