The trainer was spot-on I am dyslexic, so taking things very slowly and ensuring I was on track every step of the way was really useful. Also, checking I had done each task before moving forward was great for embedding the learning.

Maureen is such a great trainer, everything she said was valuable, she was extremely prepared, inspiring and clearly knowledgeable, we all learnt so much and are ready to put it into practice.

Interesting day, well structured, with good use of break out groups and also expectation on all to contribute.

Daphne covered the issues I needed and my pace and added real value to some of my challenges ALWAYS with solutions. She let me lead, she let me go through my challenges and she covered them ALL on my level. I could not have asked for anything better. i just wish I had more time with her. It was immensely useful and appreciated
