In retrospect I should have done Level 1 first as some of this was a bit advanced however Ebe was a great facilitator, patient and a great way of teaching and recognising the different needs in the group

At first I felt a little daunted by the content but it was broken down into manageable sections and the trainer lead at a good pace, with and exercises and interactivity. I really enjoyed the course and feel more confident in my use of Excel.

Suzi was great and made me feel comfortable in discussions

A really excellent day's training. Plenty of positive and insightful discussion was encouraged and lots of really helpful tips and tricks which I will use going forward. I learnt lots of new things!
