Very good course and structure. Facilitator was very friendly and thorough
It could been better if the internet did not have a glitch, which cause delays in the exercises
I felt Rudy did an amazing job, very engaging and attentive at the same time. It was a pleasure to have him train us.
Sometimes lacked the context of ‘leaders’ as opposed to ‘managers’. Some is only partially applicable but perhaps I need more explanation on how it it would be applicable to me.

There was nothing wrong with this course and if I were not a manager I believe I would have learnt more. In the future I would enjoy a more in depth, advanced course.

There was a lot of material to work through and not enough time. Made good use of the time. Left wanting more.
wish we'd had longer to explore more- - really good, reflective discussions and group sharing. would be good to further explore how do some of the techniques for coaching / leading teams whilst also working at pace with little wiggle room for things to go wrong / abortive work.
