Good, clear explanations, no rambling, no going off on tangents. Well presented.
That was incredibly helpful - thank you! Learned a lot of new functions and shortcuts - and great to practise them live too.
A wonderful host, (E.B) who guided us through, making us feel comfortable no matter our ability.
It was a bit stressful as I'm an introvert, being under the spot was hard., but it was fun in the end, thank you
Gill was so knowledgeable and approachable it encouraged full participation
Christine was patient with me when I got lost a couple of times and with her help managed to get back on track. Pace was good though and covered quite a few sections. Was able to distinguish between browser and OneDrive as often got muddled as to which section I was in. Feel more confident and knowledgeable and will put what I've learnt into operation.
Well put together training, taking us through active examples with participation encouraged.
