Course and atmosphere perfect. My only point is that typing on a computer and reading a presentation which is placed on your side (instead of in front of you). It is also very difficult to talk and interact with a teacher, who given the size and shape of the room, is placed on one corner. The rest of it was perfect. Teacher outstanding and very helpful!

GREAT COURSE AND GREAT TRAINER, EXCEL WAS A REAL PUZZLE BEFORE ATTENDING THE COURSE AND NOW I KNOW THE CORRECT SHORTCUTS MY LIFE WILL BE MADE A LOT EASIER

The manual/booklet wasn't referred to during the training which was a bit of a shame. The trainer had her own manual and it would have good if the two were tied together. The trainer was also a bit argumentative and overly assertive when I had asked a question and hadn't understood her methodology of answering!

Thanks for the course. It was a really good starter session.

Felt I learned a lot. If I didn't previously have some knowledge of photoshop I would have found it testing and a lot of ground to cover in one day. The trainer was good overall. However, although we covered the ground intended, it felt a little meandering at times.

Given I came with no knowledge of PowerBi I am surprised about what I will be able to acheive after a single days training.

I would suggest invoice reminders from your admin team - I had not paid the invoice in advance, and the final email is a bit scary! (that you can't attend unless you had paid), I then spoke to the admin team and they said this was ok. But maybe gentle reminders would be beneficial!

Stepping out o the lift into a world of colour - yellow especially!
