Excellent course structure covering the entire Project Manager portfolio and management lifecycle with classroom type scenarios, relevant examples and detailed explainations that helped to relearn past training and provide a revisied update of recent developments in the role of the Project Management Office.
The pace of the day was great. Would be interesting to see more examples of how Power BI is used to understand it's various uses and also do some more group discussion on any particular challenges that are facing individuals at the moment. Can Power BI provide the solution? Lunch was cold but all other facilities were great.
Good insight into PowerPoint. Although I knew the basics, this was a big step up and the pace was fast, however I accept that others in the training will have access to it on a more frequent basis than myself. Overall though a very useful exercise and the introduction to more in depth features of the software was incredibly useful.
We’re asked to fill task on the last page of the book, however immediately carried on with talk .
Luanne was very engaging, very helpful and an excellent facilitator of discussions. The environment was relaxed and felt comfortable, I’m not sure I found it particularly easy to make changes to an existing presentation immediately, but I’ll definitely be able to apply the principles in future.
